1 package pasta. Mushroom, carrot, onion, celery, red pepper, zucchini or any other vegetables you like, mozzarella, besciamella (milk - flour - butter).
1 big red onion, corn flour, butter, grated parmesan cheese
3 eggplants, mozzarella, grated parmesan cheese, basil, tomato sauce, onion, celery.
Frittata with mix vegetables or any vegetables you prefer = eggs, grated Parmesan cheese plus any vegetable, like broccoli, carrot, asparagus, onion, leek, etc.
Potatoes, butter, milk, grated parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, 1 egg, cheddar and ham (optional).
Zucchini or red pepper or onion, bread crumbs, grated parmesan, parsley.
1 pkg Refrigerated Pie Crusts (I use Pillsbury), zucchini, eggs, grated parmesan cheese, besciamella, onion, garlic. Or with artichokes and besciamella = frozen artichokes, milk, butter, flour, eggs. Or with spinach and ricotta
Cauliflower, milk, grated parmesan cheese, bouillon cubes. Or also with other vegetables you like.
A few lb collards or chard, tomato sauce or broth and grated parmesan cheese.
2 cans garbanzo beans, 1 cup bulgur, 2 lemon, fresh parsley, fresh mint and garlic.
MEAT & FISH
Fillet of fish, potatoes. Or Fillet of fish, Potatoes and zucchini.
Fillet of fish, garlic, cherry tomatoes.
1 Box lasagna pasta, ground beef, tomato juice, onion, celery, carrot. Milk, butter and flour for bechamel. Mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
2 lb beef sliced, grated parmesan cheese, parsley, 2 big tomato cans, onion celery | or with chicken sliced | or turkey sliced.
Beef, carrots, onion, celery, fresh tomatoes, chicken broth, wine.
Ground beef, grated parmesan cheese or pecorino, feta cheese, dried cranberries, eggs, bread crumbs, basil.
Chicken breast flattened, breadcrumbs, 1 egg,flour. 1 Can chopped tomatoes, onion, celery and carrot. Mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
2 lb chicken (better boneless thigh), 3 red peppers, onion, fresh tomatoes, wine.
2 lb ground beef or other meat, grated parmesan cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, big can of tomato sauce, onion, garlic, celery. Baked. | Or 2PT of oil if you prefer them fried.
1 lb finger potato, mushroom, 2 lb sausage the kind you like, wine.
SOUP, SALAD, SAUCE & SIDES
Ground beef, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, tomato sauce.
Like Bolognese but without meat= onion, carrots, celery, and red bell pepper, fresh ripe tomato.
Breast chicken, celery, red bell pepper, carrot, pitted green olives, gherkins, mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, gruyere cheese.
Rice basmati, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, green pepper, shallot, basil.
Zucchini, carrot, celery, onion, squash, tomato, sweet peace, spinach, and everything also you like. Lentil soup. | Chick-peas soup. | Mixed beans soup. Or mix veggies and beans soup.
Potato, mushroom, milk, parsley, rice or pasta, grated parmesan cheese. | Or with potato and fresh tomato without milk or mushroom.
Stir fry or roasted, Spinach - peas - artichokes - eggplants - zucchini- squash - red pepper - broccoli - mushroom - asparagus, etc.
